Service Guarantee
At Vlixaroxoezliar, we stand behind the quality of our
landscape design services. This policy outlines our commitment to
client satisfaction and the terms governing service adjustments and
refunds.
Design Services
For landscape design and planning services:
- Initial consultations are non-refundable once completed

Design revisions are included as specified in your service
agreement

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra
charges

If you are unsatisfied with initial concepts, we will work with
you to refine the design

Design fees are non-refundable once final designs are delivered
and approved
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your landscape design project:

Cancellations before design work begins receive a full refund of
design fees

Cancellations after design work has commenced are subject to
payment for work completed

Implementation projects require 7 days notice for cancellation

Deposits for implementation work may be forfeited for late
cancellations
Plant Guarantee
For plants supplied and installed by Vlixaroxoezliar:
- We guarantee plants for 90 days from installation date

Plants that fail within this period will be replaced at no charge

The guarantee requires that you follow provided care instructions

The guarantee does not cover damage from extreme weather, pests,
or neglect

Seasonal plants and annuals are not covered by this guarantee
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant the quality of our landscape construction work:
- Hardscape work is warranted for 12 months from completion

We will repair defects in materials or workmanship at no charge
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- Damage from events beyond our control is not covered

Warranty requires proper maintenance as outlined in care documents
Client Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage and service guarantees, clients must:
- Follow all maintenance instructions provided
- Water plants according to the recommended schedule
- Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues
- Allow reasonable access for warranty inspection or repairs
- Not modify installed work without our consultation
Refund Process
When applicable, refunds are processed as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- We will review your request within 5 business days

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days
- Service-specific terms in your agreement take precedence
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our landscape design services:
- Contact us promptly to discuss the issue
- We will arrange an on-site inspection if needed
- We aim to resolve concerns within 14 days

Formal disputes may be subject to mediation before legal action
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature
- Issues arising from client-supplied materials
- Problems resulting from unauthorized modifications
- Normal weathering and aging of materials
- Seasonal changes in plant appearance
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to rights under Australian Consumer
Law. Our landscape design services come with guarantees that cannot
be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any
other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
